1. Belt drive
Advantages: The belt transmission device can reduce the load impact, its operation is stable, no noise, and the precision required in manufacturing and installation is low. When overloaded, the belt on the pulley will slip without damaging other parts.
Disadvantages: elastic sliding phenomenon will occur, reducing efficiency, accurate transmission ratio cannot be guaranteed, and the service life of the transmission belt is short. The belt drive has a very wide range of use, and the drive mode of the premix drum mixer is belt drive.
2. Gear drive
Advantages: reliable gear transmission, long service life, compact structure, high transmission efficiency, and its instantaneous transmission ratio is constant, power and speed have a wide range of applications.
Disadvantages: special machine tools and equipment are required to manufacture gears, and the processing costs and equipment requirements are high. If the gear accuracy is low, the vibration and noise are large, so it is not suitable for transmission with a large wheelbase. The transmission device can be applied to various machinery.
3. Worm drive
Advantages: compact structure, stable operation, no noise, low impact and low vibration.
Disadvantages: The efficiency is relatively high, the price is high, and the worm drive is widely used in machine tools, instruments, locomotives, metallurgy and other machinery manufacturing departments.
4. Chain drive
Advantages: The transmission method of chain transmission will not cause slippage, the transmission size is relatively compact, the tension is small, and the transmission efficiency is high. Disadvantages: the instantaneous speed is not uniform, only suitable for parallel transmission. It is not suitable for heavy-duty and fast-reverse transmissions, and this transmission mode will generate a lot of noise during operation and the manufacturing cost is also high.
