Poultry Feed Hammer Mill Introduction

Feed Hammer Mill plays the important role during pellet production line, no matter poultry feed line or biomass wood pellet line, the raw material all need to be grinded at firstly.
Poultry Feed Hammer Mill is suitable for milling raw material like tree branch, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc) with size less than 50mm(diameter).
After milled, the output size can reach diameter 2-5mm , which is suitable for further palletizing or Briquetting.

1.The grinding chamber is of water drop type , effectively eliminating the circular flow in the grinding process and getting higher capacity
2. The Bottom of grinding chamber is fitted with U-shape double grinding structure, further improving the capacity with evener particle size.
3. Rotor passes accurate dynamic balancing test, resulting in low equipment noise and smooth running. Both coarse and fine grinding is realized through adjusting the gap between beater and screen.
4. New type S shape coupling directly connecting driving results in big offset travel and effectively avoid the heating of bearing.
5. Beater blade edge is vacuum-welded by special alloy steel, resulting in long service life.
6. The moving full-wide operation door facilitates maintenance and replacing of beater.

The corners of the hammer are bead welded with high hardness material like carbon tungsten alloy. The welding layer thickness is 1-3mm. The lifetime is 7- 8 times by normal 65Mn overall quenching hammer.

Pollution-free and High Efficiency

The inner cooling structure of the crusher could avoid the high-temperature damage which comes from the rubbing, and increase the life of the machine. The machine is equipped with dust collector which avoids the powdery pollution.
