1) Feeder: feeding raw material into the wood pelletizing chamber.the feeder is made of stainless steel.
2) Forced feeding unit: since the raw material is fluffy, and the bulking value is higher, we equip the force feeding sets.
3) Pellet making unit: ring die mould and press roller inside work together to make the raw material into wood pellet.

5.Ring die with multiple kinds of bore diameters are optional, and high-quality craft ring dies are adopted, so that the service life is long, the discharged particles are smooth and the quality is high.
6.Advanced compensation type snakelike spring coupling ahs the properties of novel and compact structure, high safety, low noise and low fault rate.

One year from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely. But full travel and hotel expenses should be on clients account.

Our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally by their own.
3. Maintenance Services
