1. Anti-deformation
The springs, transmission belts, rods, tires and other parts of the feed mixer will be plastically deformed due to long-term stress or improper placement. For this reason, proper support should be provided under the frame so that the tires do not bear the load, and all the compression or The opened spring must be relaxed.
Remove the transmission belt and keep it indoors. Some easily deformed parts such as rods should be laid flat or vertically hung. In addition, the removed parts such as tires and seed tubes should be prevented from squeezing and deformation during storage.
2. Anti-corrosion
After the feed mixer is completed, the external mud must be removed, the feed and debris in the working mechanism must be cleaned, and if necessary, clean with water or oil. Clean all lubricated parts and re-lubricate. All frictional working surfaces, such as ploughshares, plough walls, openers, shovel, etc., must be wiped and painted with oil and stickers to reduce the chance of oxidation in contact with air.
Complicated and precise machines should be kept in a cool, dry and ventilated room. Simple machines can be stored in the open air, but they should be placed in a high, dry, and not exposed to direct sunlight. They can be covered by a shed, where they are in direct contact with the ground. The parts should be supported by wooden boards or bricks, and the protective paint that fell off should be repainted.
3. Anti-loss
For feed mixers parked for a long time, a registration card should be established to record in detail the technical status, attachments, spare parts, tools, etc. of the equipment. Various equipment should be kept by special personnel. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the parts for other purposes. If there is no warehouse, the equipment should be parked outdoors. , The easy-to-lost parts such as motors and transmission belts should be removed, marked, and stored indoors.
4. Anticorrosive
Moldy wooden parts are decayed and deformed due to the action of microorganisms, rain, wind, and sun. The effective storage method is to paint the surface of the wood and store it in a dry place. Don’t be exposed to sun or rain. , This kind of products should not be placed in the open air, they should be removed, washed and dried, and stored indoors in a dry, insect- and rodent-proof place.
