The reason for this phenomenon is that the tempering temperature cannot be reached, and the maturation of the material is poor. The tempering temperature should be increased. Increase the amount of steam during tempering; it may also be that the position of the cutter is far away and blunt, so that the particles are short or torn instead of being cut;
2. The surface of the particles is not very smooth and the powdering rate is high. It may be that the compression of the ring die is relatively small, and the compression hole should be enlarged. Ring die compression;
3. The surface of the particles is smooth, but the hardness is too high. It may be that the ring die compression is relatively large, and the ring die compression ratio should be reduced;
4. When the particle moisture is high, the production output is low, and the phenomenon of machine blockage often occurs. It may be that the pressure reducing valve cannot achieve the pressure reduction effect or the trap can not play the role of drainage. The pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to make it enter the conditioner The steam pressure is 0.1-0.4MPa, and the trap can play a role of drainage. The tempering temperature can also be increased accordingly, because the increase in temperature is conducive to the improvement of the maturity of the material. Generally, the moisture content of the material increases by about 1% when the temperature increases by 11 ℃;
5. The length of the granular material is different, the distance of the cutter should be adjusted or the deflection and scraping position of the split material should be adjusted;
6. The tension of the belts of the two motors should be adjusted to the position where the current deviation of the two motors is large, so that the tension is as consistent as possible.
